If I order today will I receive my equipment today?
We always aim for same day delivery, however depending on the time of the order and how busy we are we may not be able to get it out the same day. We work with local hospitals and make sure equipment is there before you are discharged.
We have two warehouse locations in Adelaide and drivers on the road in most locations. We also can offer a collection service from an Aus Post Parcel Box if you can not be available to receive your items.
Australia Wide Online orders are packed within 2 hours using express shipping with Australia Post.

What are shipping fees for a Moon Boot?
Local delivery in SA is free within 10km of the CBD. For interstate orders we ship all Moon Boots Express with Australia Post. The flat rate is $15
Will I be charged a delivery fee?
We offer one free delivery & one free pick up within 10km of the Adelaide CBD. Anything outside of this will incur a fee starting at $10
Can i have my equipment delivered to the hospital?
We can deliver walking frames and sticks to most hospitals. Larger equipment such as High back Chairs & toilet frames will normally go to the home.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, card, cheque or EFT in person or over the phone. Our website takes Paypal & Credit card payments.
Does the Moon Boot fit both left and right foot?
Yes, the moon boot we stock is universal. The sizing covers a 2-3 size range so you should also have a bit of room.

What is my warranty?
All items have a 12 Month warranty, although in our experience you wont need it as our items are of great quality and we have not had any returns due to quality!
