Which size should I order?

Darco MedSurg shoes come in several sizes and have adjustable straps to fit swelling and dressings. Use the size chart on the product page. Being a post operative shoe, there is room to allow for bandages or swelling. Velcro straps mean that you can adjust to fit to your needs.

Do I need a post-op shoe before I leave hospital?

Many surgeons expect you to have one ready at discharge. If your notes mention a "post-op shoe" or "Darco shoe", arrange one as early as you can so your foot is protected from the first day. We can deliver to the home or hospital.

Can I walk in a Darco MedSurg Shoe?

Yes. The rocker sole reduces pressure on the forefoot and the straps keep your foot stable. Always follow your surgeon's advice on weight-bearing.

Do you ship outside Adelaide?
