With a simple press on the SOS button and this device will immediately call your emergency contacts PLUS it can also send out an SMS message to up to 5 pre-programmed mobile phone numbers. This will alert your emergency contacts that you need assistance. The SMS message will also inform your contacts where you are located using Google Maps.

CareAlert managed SIM card (for NON-MONITORED systems)

For a low cost of only $6.49 per month or discount rate of $64.95/year, CareAlert will supply, install and maintain a SIM card for your device. Our SIM card uses the Optus network and covers 98.5% of the Australian population. Our SIM card is for emergency use only and will allow approximately 10 emergency activations per month. In the event, you use your credit, the system will still be able to contact Triple Zero in an emergency (you must have 000 programmed for this feature to work). Credit is automatically applied every month.
